An Exercise in Blue
This, of course, comes with no guarantees. It is just a gift of unknown use. I think of it as a way to eliminate the static of life. Here is what you do: think of a simple blue. Or rather replace what you are thinking with simple blue. If you don’t like what you are thinking, think blue.
This sounds like the opposite of problem solving. It sounds like the opposite of holding your purposes in mind. But, if your thoughts were about purpose, you would know that, ergo, they would not blue away. If they were constructive problem solving, again, you would know.
What point is there in reinforcing a grudge or excoriating an injury? What could possibly be gained by obsessing about a lost love, missed opportunity or an untidy world? White-out the background noise with visions of blue and begin anew.
